As per our replacement policy, if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you –
(i) wrong size, (ii) wrong color, (iii) defective or (iv) significantly different from the description given by
the merchant and you intimate such shortcoming to us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product, such an
can be replaced or if such product is not available for replacement your money will be refunded, within 10 days of
such intimation received. However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. Please contact our customer support, so we can help facilitate your return.
Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees.
How long does it take for delivery?
Once the order is placed it gets processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2 working days and gets delivered within 10 business days depending on the location of the customer Shipping charges or any additional hidden charges are applicable?
Return & Cancellation
What if the product received is in damaged condition?
Returns of goods will be accepted only for Damaged/Defective products. Refund will be provided in case replacement for the same product is not available. We normally process the refund in 3-4 days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 48 hours have gone by since our product delivery to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
